Inspired by his Yemeni heritage and love for authentic flavors, he strives to share dishes that reflect tradition, warmth, and diversity — adding new cultural experiences to our community.

A true food connoisseur, Allen has explored culinary traditions across the globe, dining at hundreds of restaurants from street corners to fine establishments. With over 20 years of business ownership in North Carolina, he's committed to creating jobs and strengthening local communities. Allen believes food is the universal language that brings people together. His mission? To bring the bold, iconic flavors of New York City — from chopped cheese to classic bodega staples — right here to Greensboro, creating a place where great food and community thrive.
